At Just26 you can achieve proper weight, muscle tone and vibrant health. We’re here to guide you in whichever class you choose. We are a brand new hot Meditation studio in Largo, Florida. We are passionate about the health benefits of yoga and meditation. Our amenities include men and women’s changing rooms, a workstation with free WiFi and a spacious studio with infrared radiant heat. We are an authorized retailer for lululemon – come shop our yoga boutique! Our class options include Just26 Hot (Bikram), Hot Flow, Vinyasa & Power Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Meditation and deep yin style stretching at the end of our classes. We are on a mission to help people feel better, think better and be better.

Our mission is to share the deep knowledge of Mindfulness Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, Vedic Indian Meditation, Silent Meditation, and other useful meditation techniques that are very simple to practice and that everyone can do effortlessly. We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space where individuals can access the tools and guidance they need to raise their vibration, heal their inner child, and awaken their true potential.
We believe that everyone has the power within themselves to heal and transform, and we are committed to helping our clients unlock their inner wisdom and strength. Through our sound bath sessions and one-on-one Spiritual Mindset Coaching, we help individuals balance their chakras, release emotional blocks, and cultivate a deeper connection with their true selves.

Our Approach
A significant portion of my career has been spent in a bariatric surgery setting in which we helped prepare patients for weight loss surgery, while also guiding them through the process of continued weight loss. We consider it a privilege to help individuals meet their weight and lifestyle goals in a plan we make together. The most important thing to me is knowing our clients are happy with the changes they are making to their life, and our ultimate goal is to put you in the driver’s seat of your health or weight loss plan.
We will walk together on this journey and find a plan that fits your everyday lifestyle. We practice evidence-based nutrition counseling which means we will advise you based on what science has PROVEN. We believe that all foods fit and we should never eliminate any food group in the name of “health.” Some techniques we will be using include mindful eating practices, meal prep and planning, goal setting, identifying your relationship with food, and implementing some physical activity. We have found that the majority of our clients are relieved to put dieting to rest and finally see the results they’ve been looking for.
